I'm still working at getting used to my laptop after months of working at it...but there are still many things that I can't figure out and don't use. I'm very thankful that I can pay all my bills via computer and order things and do Blogit and Facebook. Whenever I get stuck, I call Son to the rescue.

I suspect it's because of the paychecks they want to keep on receiving. They gotta keep on looking busy.

I feel your confusion. I have vowed never to go to w-11, but
once in a while my W-10 Compella powers down and reboots and I have to re-open every op or app or whatever the official term is. If it ain't broke, why do they keep trying to fix it?
