I just discovered your writing here today. It came up on my Home page and I decided--New name for me, I will check it out!
For some of us, life is hard because so much around us is just broken, and broken people who have had the control of our lives, have broken us, too. It is hard to attach, to maintain, to trust, to bear without anxiety silences that have always before meant we were in trouble. Myself, I've always had these issues, was poorly 'socialized' in the early years, have never known how to interact easily, and have seen my awkwardness, my errors of expectation, my social goofs reflected in the eyes and reactions of those around me who judge by their own notions of social propriety. I isolate now simply because it is so much safer, and loneliness is not as hurtful as rejection. Being unseen is better when it is my choice.
Here in the land of Blogit, connections are a light touch. There are no expectations, no demands, and there is good-hearted responsiveness from many of the people here. Not all, but many. I have found healing here, and people who I consider real friends though we have never met face to face.
I hope you'll find safety and welcome in this place and its folk, as well as gaining the therapeutic benefits in the writing.

I am sorry. I don't understand your pain but I am sorry for the way you feel. Do you ever read people here. The idea is to read and read and leave a comment. That way people interact between each and we all make a few pennies.
