Good afternoon
Uh, oh, that contractor is cruising for a bruising if he doesn't get moving in a timely fashion. I'm sorry that you are going through this. Rennovations are a real pain in the behind.

Too bad we don't live close to one another. I know some contractors who do good work.

Yeah, he might drag his feet even more and take longer. Best to go to the garden and enjoy it and maybe read some blogs or books. Something funny to put you in a better mood.

That is one reason I have put off a project here - It would be in the
back yard, filling in a small koi pond, leveling the ground and using the decorative giant stones that had framed the pond to create a raised garden or fire pit... Just can't deal with the hot & cold running contractors & all their noisy equipment.

Good Morning
Kabu, I think it's common for contractors to do several jobs at the same time. It's what takes so long. We've had the same problem when we had work done around the house. I think it's best to let Jim handle the contractors. It's a shame they didn't start on your project when they said they would but it does not surprise me. I'm really hoping that now that they've started you will see some results sooner than later. While they are doing their work you might see some dust in the air. Let's just hope they can get all the supplies because sometimes that puts a hold on a project.
