Good morning
We all get older every day without knowing what to expect in each new decade. I appreciate your honesty concerning the aging process. I have always felt that age is a number, but it really does depend on how well we treat our bodies, how active we are, and how many health issues come along during our life. I have seen people in their 80s behave more youthful than people in their 30s & 40s. Finding a niche is something we all should do no matter how old. Staying active is the answer according to my 98-year-old aunt Edith. There is no time like the present to discover something that you thoroughly enjoy doing. Keeping the mind busy is great for the body and the soul.

That's the spirit to have, I feel.
The Internet has really changed how this generation of elderly live. So much ways to communicate now is beneficial.

My grandson in Florida has been a skydiver for years. I'll have to check in with him and see if he can do anything for me.

You, dear lady, are helping just by being here. Your creativity, your strength, courage, sense of humor, and courtesy, encouragement, and just your sense of fun and niceness cannot be understated. However, if you want to get into something new - well, I hear sky diving is making a comeback, and is done in spurts....
