It was a sweet and generous act of kindness to pick up the tip which was not left for the server by the family who did not leave one. In their defense, I must say that when our children were very young money was so tight at times when we would dine out that we didn't always have enough left over to tip the wait staff. It was a tip or gas for the car! I remember feeling so embarrassed by that.

One must have a TV I tried to live without anything on my own once and the bet sit was too quiet. Good luck with everything.

I always like to tip, some will not take it saying their policy forbids it.
I hope you like your new digs, better to move before one becomes too old

It sounds like you really got a lot done. Thank you for taking care of the other person's tip. Waiters/waitresses work hard...and we need them.
