It is a job assessing the potential of the workers, dealing with the public requires quite a bit of understanding. I am sure you are up to it, that's one thing. I never thought of shovelling mud out of the pits.

Good morning

You're right about Brady. It's a sad admission, but you cannot help someone who doesn't want help.

Good morning

Detailing is hard work. It takes me at least two hours every month to detail my car completely. I cannot even begin to imagine doing it all day, five day a week.

Good Morning

FSI, I do feel sorry for Brady but I also understand that it is not acceptable behavior when people are trying to run a business.  I'm hoping that at some point he can get the help he needs before it is too late.  I hope everyone steps up to go the extra mile until things settle down a little bit.  I think being short-handed is hard in any business but in your business, you really need to count on your employees.  I understand that in your business it can be physical work and some people just can't handle it.  I'm hoping for the best.  I think young people working at a car wash can be beneficial because they have the stamina to work harder and longer than older guys.  The problem is they are also busy with school, sports, homework, and family time.

I admire the fact that you are always willing to go the extra mile for the business.  I would say that is an excellent quality to have when you have a family-owned business.  I hope you have a good day and stay cool.  It's going to be very hot here tomorrow with a heat index of 100.  I'm not looking forward to it.  I hope your office is air-conditioned.  I think my comment is kind of long today!
