Thank you. It is not an easy task, but it will be worthwhile.
Cooking is therapeutic to me. The meatballs will make four to five meals. I freeze the majority of the meatballs and sauce so that there is no waste.

Everything looks and sounds wonderful. I used to cook (and eat) like that when I had five fellows to cook for (hubby and four teen sons). I gained weight doing that and got quite chubby. I don't cook much anymore 40 lbs lighter. But your posts are so inviting.
