I have heard the potato salad from Costco is really good as a
breakfast item, but I don't know if there's a required change before it becomes breakfast food. Since it is made with potatoes and eggs, maybe some onion and in mine there's some dill pickle relish, it seems to resemble the regular breakfast menu of hashbrowns and scrambled eggs... Stay cool!

Good afternoon
Pizza is good, but it can get old sometimes. I love a good hot dog on a poppy bun with mustard, relish, and onions. I am making southern-style potato salad with half a dozen hard-boiled eggs later today for tomorrow's get together with family to celebrate my grandson's 10th birthday. Stay cool. The humidity is absolutely ridiculous.

The HVAC companies are making a kill right now. As hot as it is, they can charge whatever they want to fix the problems.
