Sadly I think we shall have to learn to tolerate excessive heat. There is just too much stuff being pumped into the atmosphere. Too late to change it much probably.

We're so accustomed to heat in my part of the f tge word. Europe has its scorching experience at 49* C whereas we bear it upto 48*C.

Maybe it's the heat, but I have felt so darn sleepy all day long of
late. And wanting to swallow more than I should eat. This isn't doing my weight loss plan any good at all. I hope you've got a good fan to keep you comfortable during this summer after they've opened the gate to hell.

I only fall asleep in the daytime. I think that is because I am never sleepy at night so can't stay in the bed and I cat around all night until it is almost morning light.
