I used to give a packet of lotery tickets to my dad for his birthday when he got old. One time he was able to scratch for three months. He never won big but if he had a win he would get more tickets to scratch and it kept him going for such a long time like you it was his fun.

Once I asked one of my sisters what she wanted for her birthday and she said "scratch off tickets" so I bought her several and wrapped them up. That's the only time I've purchased them. I don't remember her winning anything.

Good afternoon
They can be fun, especially when they are a gift. My hubby loves scratch-off tickets too. He has won quite a bit of money from them over the years, so maybe that is why he likes them so much. I give them to him for his birthday, father's day, and our anniversary. The number of tickets that I give to him directly corresponds with the years that he or we are celebrating. Life is too short to not have a bit of fun sometimes.

FSI, I love scratch-off lottery tickets too. I never buy them for myself though. I only have scratch-offs if they are a gift. I do have two mega tickets because they are big winners this week if anyone wins. I hope you have a good day! Stay cool!
