He broke my heart. The Beatles were part of my teenage years and the adoration and dreams one focuses on during that time of one's life. When that monster took the life of John Lennon, I took the day off work.

Good Afternoon

It's still hard for me to believe that someone evil could take John Lennon from the world that loved him.  It was such a tragedy.

He probably never dreamed that anyone wanted to kill him. I mean, who would? He was a singer.

Wow. I didn't know that. From what I have read, Lennon was rather accessible where he lived in New York.
