It's whole milk for me. I was raised on it, although I hardly drink any at all now. Use it for baking.

so long as the skim is gone. I like what they call 1% milk because my gallbladder doesn't tolerate full milk.

Re: FS
I really like lacto free full cream, but it is now £2 a litre it is too much considering the farmer gets about 35 pence

Good Afternoon
FSI, I'm not a milk drinker at all. Every once in a while I will have almond milk with cereal but not very often at all. Roy does like milk though and there's always some in the fridge. We do drink a lot of water. We buy it by the case. When I was in Costco the other day I noticed that you can buy water along with a dispenser and have it delivered. I'm not sure how much it costs though.

Good morning
Skim milk does not gross me out because I do not drink any type of milk, but I do cook with it quite a bit. I add vinegar to my milk, skim or otherwise, to make homemade buttermilk. It marinates chicken and pork really well, making it moist and delicious, especially with added seasonings.
