Kabu, there's nothing like homemade sauce. The store-bought kind does not compare to the taste of sauce made at home. On a hot day, my kitchen can get very hot when I'm cooking. I try to start my sauce early in the day. I make sauce every day until the garden is finished for the year.

Phew, i can remember Mother making sauce from Tomatoes with yhe house terribly hot and the wood stove roaring.
