I used to get up at 5am but it has drifted round to 7am not too bad if it is light.

Good morning
That is great. Sleep is underrated. I have been afforded that same luxury of sleeping in due to a wonderful hubby who leaves me sleeping even though he is out the boor at 4:45 a.m. When my girls were still home and going to school, I used to get up by 5 or 6 a.m. on the weekdays.
