The 2nd amendment provides for "well-regulated" ownership of guns.
Perhaps a clearer definition of regulations to prevent ownership by volatile youngsters and better follow-up on background checks is in order.

Then If I don't have a gun around and I am in a really bad temper I can't kill anyone. i won't have a weapon to use!!
