Congratulations to your Grand son. It is a biug milestone in a person's life. I love Japanese food. There was a restuarant in Sydney where the cheff would throw the cooked food at your plate and he never ever missed. It was such fun.

Sassy, I think you are right about living parallel lives. I know John is really looking forward to having some time off. I love hanging baskets. I'm so pleased with how nice the flowers look. I think I would like some all-white flowers in a hanging basket too. They are always so pretty. I hope you have fun on your vacation. I really hope you get a chance to visit the museums in the area.

Good afternoon
I bet that your flowers are just beautiful. Hanging plants are so welcoming. I also did the red, white, and blue flowers in the two large planters located at our entryway. They are John's favorites. His military banner sits next to them. Today is John's last day of work too. He is looking forward to a ten day vacation. Again, I think that you and I live paralell lives.

Pat, I would have loved to have a 4-day work week when I had the kids at home. I had a full schedule and an extra day would have been wonderful. I use to grocery shop after work in the evening because on Saturday we took the kids to the bowling alley. They were on leagues. I used to wash clothes before I went to work and when I came home I'd put them in the dryer. Things are different now.
