I'd be happy to hang out in this shop! In fact, I could mention the German woman who owned and ran the one like this downtown in the Springs. She took no nonsense from anyone!

Once it was said. The customer is always right. I don't think it always rang true. Always a pleasure to read your psychological presentation.

Good afternoon

Good riddance to bad rubbish. The lost dollar is worth her sanity and stress levels going through the roof. On another note, reading this post today, I am blown away once again. John and I are headed out this weekend for a week-long road trip that includes a visit to the famous bookstore, Turn the Page, owned by Nora Roberts and her husband. After our stop at Rocky Gap we are headed out to Boonsboro, Maryland to see the iconic bookstore. I plan to pick up a few of her new releases. I am crossing my fingers that she just so happens to be visiting that day.

Good Morning

It's too bad that Carol Anne had to deal with such a jerk.  I guess it takes all kinds but there was no reason for him to act like that.  It's a good thing she knew how to handle herself when it came to rude and obnoxious people.  Pat, Carol Anne reminds me of you.  I have to say you wouldn't take that kind of nonsense for a minute.  If I was at the book store he would have run out the door by the time I was done.
