Good afternoon
In today's world, you can never be too careful. Privacy is very underrated. I drop mine in the outgoing mail slot at the post office. I am careful to send gift cards in padded envelopes secured inside of the corresponding card. In the past we have had gift cards come up missing when sent in standard envelopes.

Good Morning
FSI, we used to put our mail in the mailbox at the end of our drive but then we received an update that mail was being stolen out of private mailboxes and the blue mailboxes around town so now we mail it at the post office. It's just a sign of the times.
