Well, Pat Archie is off to do his market jobs this weekend so he seems in better spirits. I don't know why but some folk are trying to be my friend on Facebook and I have never put a foot on there.

I've never reached a point where I have felt there is nothing left to write anymore. Feeling the motiviation or getting the words out has been tough but never the well running dry.

I'm so glad that Archie seems to be doing better. It is no fun to be down. As far as writer's block goes I just write whatever comes to mind. I'm amazed that anyone reads what I write. I hope you are drinking your tea and resting every chance you get.

I get writers block, I expect everyone does. I always find Blogit a good place to write something anyway and I am interested in everyone here and what they are doing and thinking.

Archie's situation sounds hopeful, it seems he's a little better.
A stretch of nice weather always helps. Your wistful poetry hits all the right notes, and speaks to a time when such romantic gestures were part of the culture. These days I'm thinking the internet, Twitter and text messages have shoved the poetry to one side. Pity! Â

Your poems are always filled with humor, thought-provoking content, and they are genuine. Writer's block goes with the territory. We are after all only humans with a mind that tends to become scattered by daily life and the stresses that accompany the chore of living. I watch the news, take walks, research, and listen to what people are talking about when I am at a loss for ideas to write about.

It's great that he feels up to some gardening chores. Tummy fat is the cause of many health problems. I hope that he gets it under control and feels better on a regular basis.
