I am sure you have hundreds of customers who love the service you give them but there are always someone that spoils everything. I could cheerfully strangle Rex...(no I wouldn't really but he is a horrid person.)

One has to learn how to contend with all sorts of customers. Can't really pick and choose, be nice too sometimes.

I never would have thought that the carwash business was this complex. I guess those bad customers show their true colors in all areas of business. It's good that he is no longer a problem for you. It's not worth the headaches.

FSI, I think Rex is very argumentative and it's best that he goes his separate way and doesn't cross paths with your car wash again. Some people simply have to act in an inappropriate manner and I think that is Rex's problem.
