I loved Borders
A group meeting with fellow authors would be a fun outlet. I was in a writing group a few years ago, but then along came COVID and the end of friendly outings as we knew them.

Good afternoon
Sending prayers for your son, Rich. My grandfather and John's father both battled prostate cancer. It is not fun and very debilitating.

Thanks for the cheerful update, Kabu. Very happy Jim is doing well. Rich is at the point, depending on what they find, where he has to decide between surgery and radiation therapy. I think he's ready to take the most aggressive stand possible.

Pat, Jim had prostate removal surgery back in February.he had cancer, still contained I am grateful for. The surgery was quite lengthy but all the cancer was removed along with the prostate. He came home the next day for it was micro surgery. A long operation because the instruments go in through small holes and the surgeon watches the screen. he is real well now.

Good Morning
Pat, this is really an uplifting post. The children are back at school and everything is right with the world. I'm so glad your son is doing okay. I'm wishing him the best. I hope you have a pleasant day. It's snowing in Cleveland this morning and very cold. There is a book club here in our village but they meet in the evening and I get up at about 3:30 every morning so it just wouldn't work for me. I'd be sound asleep during the meeting. I do wish I belonged to a writing group or book club.
