adnohr, we had a lot of snow this weekend and now we will have rain for the rest of the week. I love the smell of wood burning in a wood stove. We have a wood insert in our fireplace. I hope you have a good week.

One cannot beat a good book, but they are hard to find. My brother has read over two hundred and now spends time searching for a decent one.

Still plenty of snow on the ground out here in the bush. Had a short snowfall this afternoon too. We're still burning fires in the wood stove. Wild flowers are about the only ones that survive with me - a gardener I'm not!!

Sassy, I hope you stay warm on this very cold day. We went to the store a little while ago and I thought I was going to freeze! It's so cold! Enjoy watching your cooking shows. I love watching them too. I had the "Kitchen" saved from yesterday and watched it this morning. They always have good recipes.

Chilly here today, but warming up into the 60s this afternoon and
it is bright and sunny. I am so thankful we don't have gloom, snow or those persistent winds that have been knocking over garbage cans and my plastic porch chairs for the past few days.

Good morning
We have no snow, but it is fffreezing here today. I plan to do some Food Network binge-watching since John is working a double today. He is finally down to one per week. As for the snakes...OMG!
