Computers can be so frustrating when they do their own thing!! I like humus too, with little carrots and celery - yum! Good snack and good for us too. I think I'll try Sassy's recipe too. Garlic is a staple in this house too.

I have only made it twice, but both times the Hummus turned out good. I used sesame seed paste aka Tahini, fresh garlic, chickpeas, lemon juice, good olive oil, and a sprinkle of cumin and a dash of salt. I top mine with more olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika. John likes it with pita chips. I use a small lemon. ***Too much lemon juice can make it too sour.***
I drain then rinse the can of chickpeas. I use about 2 teaspoons of fresh garlic, the juice from half a lemon, a 1/4 of tahini, 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin. I put everything in my food processor. I add a splash of water if needed to get the right consistency. I top it with a splash of olive oil and a dash of paprika.

Good morning
Oh yum! John and I both love Hummus. Your corned beef sounds delicious too. A side of cabbage and potatoes will take it to the top. I plan to make a Reuben on rye for St Patrick's Day since we aren't having the traditional Irish dinner this year.

you can just write and play without having to remember passwords or running into upgrade blocks every half hour. I hate those updates that just take over "MY" work environment.
