I cooked a corned beef brisket in my crockpot a couple days ago,
froze half of it and have nearly finished the other half. So delicious and such a treat, not on hand most of the time for just myself. Did you know it's good with scrambled eggs for breakfast?

Good morning
Beef stroganoff is one of John's favorites. You make so many hearty dinners that are just perfect for a cold day. It is freezing here today too. John requested an Italian dish, so I'm making penne pasta with meatballs and homemade spaghetti sauce. As for St. Patty's Day, we are breaking tradition and having enchiladas at our favorite Mexican restaurant.
