Sea Gypsy, we usually use our zucchini from the garden but this zucchini we got from the grocery store. They were small but my recipe turned out very good.

You gave me the urge to make some for myself this evening. It would keep the place warm while baking, fill the place with good smells. I was about ready to jump up and start doing that when I realized that I do not have any zucchini in any form. I'll have to put it on my grocery list and wait until the right time.

I can smell it baking from here. You are an amazing and creative cook. Today is "National Tortilla Chip Day," so we are leaning towards Mexican food.
