I think I would just go for the topping having tasted such stuff as parsnip coffee and

 ice cream which was custard and water frozen.Or decorations for a cake that tasted like candles.

Good Evening

Sassy, I wonder if this cake is moist.  I make my own vanilla so that wouldn't be a problem but I've always used eggs in my cake.
