Good morning
You guys are business-minded and experienced, so I feel positive that everything will work out. A good carwash in our area tends to get cars lined up and I'm sure that it's the same in your area. Salt ruins cars in the winter and the need to wash those expensive pieces of machinery is a big deal.

Good Morning
FSI, I hope everything goes as planned but I do understand how the best plans can change. I'm wondering what emptying out means? I hope your workload does not become too much for you. I'm not sure what is involved in the daily tasks but I have to give you credit. I think you are one of your Dad's best assets.
