I can't even imagine that at the high school that I went to....very big city high school always loud and bustling.

It must have been a good feeling perhaps the peaceful environment helped.
I wonder though when we were young guys into the army. We had a real job to stay
awake when we listened to lectures

I wonder if there is somewhere within the Church you can experience the same relaxation. I must say it sounds wonderful.

FSI, this sounds like such a relaxing meditation. I wonder why they didn't offer guided meditation regularly? It would have been nice for everyone.

Good morning
I can imagine a soft voice and the right setting during meditation putting one to sleep. Regardless, it is one of the most therapeutic methods for soothing the soul and reaching a higher level of awareness.
