Baltimore got rid of theirs. It was used as part of de-funding the police. These are the times we live in, sadly.

Good Morning
Sassy, I think this is wonderful news. I think Pittsburgh will be safe with the Mounted Patrol on duty. The children will love seeing the horses around town. They really are beautiful.
