Sometimes it deoends on how it was said (the tones and inflections). Still, it could be uncomfortable for the lady to hear.

Good morning
Loyola University is a beautiful school. As for the teacher's fiance being called a hotty, that may be one of the reasons that he asked her to marry him. Appreciation from other men is a bonus, her acting upon it would be anything but appreciated by Mr. Crablitz. He obviously does not have trust issues or else he would have flipped his lid after that comment.
