I suppose that's one reason I never contacted the bank to sort it out. I wasn't desperate for the funds, and figured sooner or later they'd figure it out in an internal audit, as they do, and send a check. As they did.

If it is anything like here to rectify anything over the phone is a nightmare. Automation at its worst I would imagine. Good luck.
