OMG! I remember how it feels to lose your home. I was a little bit more fortunate than this situation. How truly sad that government bureaucracy allows this happen. It would probably have cost less money to send a letter to all of those involved instead of posting an ad. Ugh!

Fingers are now crossed for the rapid recovery of your buyer from his
bout with Covid - this thing seems to be messing with every aspect of life. And also hoping the winter is not as severe as the last one.
