Grrr! My ex-boss does the same thing to people who go the legal way to get their money. He delays, delays, delays, counting in them to run out of money or to just give up. If you can hang in there, it should be worth it in the long run.

Well the last time I was offered a car wash it was eight pounds and it was a bucket and sponge job. Sadly inflation keeps hitting all.

Good morning
Working with real estate for the past seven years, I have learned that landlords often lose. Tenants can be difficult to get rid of, and money can be hard to collect without the help of the courts. Your company will prevail so long as the evidence shows that they have no grounds to stand on as far as breaching your rental contract. Good luck to you. It's a real shame that your dad has to sell his rental properties. Having extra income is always nice.
