More hugs from me because I understand the feelings. Yes they hold one back from being free to come and go but then, I brought Graysome down here with me and he behaved better than what I did through out the three day trauma of the trip. I bought a special little fly bag for him so he could come with me as cabin baggage and he was sooooo good.

Good afternoon

The cooing from the Doves is so serene, especially when heard from a peaceful spot of the deck. Hope you have a wonderful day.

Think of it this way Ciel if you had not been there. You little pet would not have enjoyed those six years of company and love.

Re: Pat,

I've seen pictures where people take the fallen leaves of various trees and create the most beautiful mandalas around the tree-trunks!

Donating the meds does help me feel that the loss isn't a total waste. And I am keeping the cat food for the neighborhood cats that visit. I can finally leave the door open, too, so they can come in if they like.

I've seen that "sad and glorious" puddling beneath a number of trees, but

never found just the right phrase to describe it. I'm so glad you'll be able to do so much good with the meds and other things Embers left behind. I hope it eases the sense of loss for you.
