I don't believe I've ever had catfish before. I ought to try it because I do like seafood.

Good Morning
Kabu, it sounds like you had a wonderful day. When we go down to Edgewater on Lake Erie I love to watch the boats. Sometimes we get to see ships when they dock. I'm amazed by them. We used to have a restaurant on the water called "Captain Frank's" it was very expensive but we loved it. They have been closed for quite some time now. I would have been in heaven eating catfish. I love it. When we were in Arkansas we had white albino catfish and they were the best I'd ever eaten. I think when someone eats something really good you never forget it.

I don't like catfish, either - particularly those caught in the
Missouri/Mississippi rivers because the water is so full of mud. But the river watching is so soothing. My son and I took an excursion along the river, too - traffic was insane and every little cafe and bar along the way was jammed - too beautiful a day to stay home.
