Good afternoon
I used to keep pen and paper handy for when I jumped out of bed with a random thought. I don't write as much anymore, but when I do it's at my desk.

Well, I thought I would make a poem as I walked on the treadmill. It took 5 minutes
It could not have been a mucher because I cannot remember what it was about.
