I have seen it. I get them from PayPal too.
I order from Amazon weekly, so I knew that it was a fake simply by looking at the email address, but I have learned to not open strange links. I automatically go straight to the site to see if there is an issue, then I send the spam email to the company and let them deal with the fraudster.
