Lisa dear you are a human. You are a person, of course your life matters; just as much as any and everybody else's does. You appear to me to be strong brave and capable of loveing and passion. Nothing wrong with that. You were carefully taught by someone not to value yourself, perhaps that feeling pleasure was a replacement for being valued. I am thinking your husband who really loves you recognizes how precious and special you are, the real true beautiful Lisa; besides, an operation you have just undergone was about as traumatic as it gets.
