I am sure it wil be another year until the World is back to normal, maybe two. All we need is a new variant that is able to break through the vaccines and we are back to  page one.

Sassy, I sure hope you are right!  I have a feeling for what's going to happen but I don't want to say right now.

People getting vaccinated are helping the COVID to cease. Crossing my fingers.

Re: Good afternoon

Sassy, I will be so thankful when COVID comes to an end.  I really thought for about half a second that COVID was in the rearview mirror and no sooner did I think that than it came back with a vengeance.

Re:

We shop on the weekend and I'm going to see what the shelves look like when I go to the store.  I've recycled for years but I have never had a compost pile.

Re:

FSI, they reported this morning that 58% have had at least one shot in Ohio.

Good afternoon

It is wonderful that you recycle. We all should be doing it. As for the sparse shelves, I have seen it at Walmart and a few Dollar general stores in our area. Hopefully, there is an ending in sight to these shortages. It was chilly here this morning but it is now warm and enjoyable. Have a great day!

There are some empty shelves at certain times up here too. I'm not sure if it isn't transportation the problem. They seem to fill up again during the week, it's ,ore of just a delay at the moment. We recycle everything possible here, and compost too.

In Maryland, there haven't really been any steps backward with COVID. We keep on doing our thing. We're one of the better vaxxed states, so that helps.

Re: Recycling. Conserving electricity. Doing our bit each day.

Pat, I think if we all do our part it really does make a difference.

Recycling. Conserving electricity. Doing our bit each day.

The little things add up. If a million of us save an hour of electricity each day, that's seven million hours a week. If each one recycles plastic every day that's a million bottles that can be re-used instead of making a million more from oil. And jobs are created.
