Having Bob around seems like it would be the best for all involved. Getting familiar with the new equipment is a nice perk. Good luck. I hope that it all works out for the good of everyone.

I personally hope that everything works out and that Bob stays on for a while. It's hard to tell though because it depends on what his thoughts are on the whole situation. I do hope he finds another place to do his glass business.
