Well, Ciel sometimes one has to wait for half a lifetime to benefit from the investment it is so painful when one has got to go back and forth in ones mind and not reach a decision.

I feel your pain.
We have been house hunting for a year and a half. The COVID has caused many issues and VA is seriously picky. I do have faith that the right house will eventually come along. Crossing my fingers.
