They don't send you out on the stage without several hours of training and rehearsal! And I'll bet that is the number-one factor that makes anyone shy of taking the risk. In fact, I've heard that public speaking is the most common of fears, so you can be sure dealing with that is part of the training process!

Good morning
If it weren't for my fear of public speaking I would love to share in an event such as this. For those who have no fears, I am sure that the stories are powerful, inspirational, and educational. All around, it is a cool group to be a part of from the sounds of the details.
