Good evening
It is great that Embers is doing better. As for the Doves, I have a group of eight that visits in the late afternoon and early evening for the seeds that I put out for them. They are the more docile birds of the bunch. My other groups include Pigeons, Cardinals, Finches, and Sparrows. Of course, we get the Robins in the spring and the Blue Jays pop in once in a while, but my favorites are the huge crows that resemble Ravens. They love to feast on the nuts that I put out.

Ciel, I'm so glad Embers is doing better. I knew Charlie's birthday would be nice. I'm surprised more people didn't stay for cake. The birthday cake is so good. What flavor did he have? It's been in the 70s here and the humidity has dropped which is wonderful. The heat has been rough for me this summer not to even mention worrying about COVID and my foot and knee hurting. I went to the doctor yesterday and it's been 2 months since I've been to her office. It was my foot specialist. I was surprised to learn I lost 9 pounds. I didn't even know but I think it's because this summer has made me very stressed.
