Re:

Kabu, I've seen the tiny homes but I don't think I could live in one.  I like the space around me.  There are so many of my family members here that it would never work for us.

Re:

C_C_T, the reason I cook so much is that the family likes to eat.  We eat out very seldomly.  I'm always trying to come up with new recipes.

My Guilty pleasure is watching Utube, Tny homes. being built and living in them. I can't see me ever living in something so small but I love watching them.

You must be a super cook. You do seem to have so many choices to prepare.

Re: Good afternoon

Sassy, I'm wondering how you make your pepper relish?  It sounds so good!  I'm glad it's cool by you today.  It's nice here too.  Do you make grilled cheese and then just put bacon on them?  Is your creamy crab soup like New England clam chowder?  I'm glad your herb garden turned out good!  Enjoy your day!

Good afternoon

Your soup sounds delicious. I am thankful that you share meal ideas. It helps when I run out of them. This is the perfect time of year for soup. My personal favorite is creamy crab soup. I make a beef soup similar to a vegetable soup, but I use ground meat. We eat a lot of various soups with a side sandwich. We worked in the yard all day yesterday, so I made a quick dinner of grilled cheese and bacon sammies with a side of tomato soup. Earlier in the day, I did treat John to his favorite Italian hoagie for a job well done on my raised herb bed. It is cool here today. It rained last night and this morning. I picked quite a few of our peppers and made John a pepper relish to go on his sandwiches for lunch. Our Habeneros are now red and hot as hell. I cannot tolerate that kind of heat, but hubby loves it. Have a great day!

Chip and Joanna Gainers are very popular. YouTube is a godsend, allowing us to see things if we don't have a channel.

Pat, thank you so much for the good wishes.  I hope my onions are good.  I didn't cut them yet.  A cozy day sounds good to me.

I catch Chip and Joanna - their show "Fixer Upper" is rebroadcast

on the DIY network on cable. Even the re-runs are interesting. I hope your day is cozy and your onions are perfect...
