My sis lives in Omaha! Maybe once the virus is gone I can meet you there.

i think visitors don't go to Nebraska. Tt is what I believe is called a fly over State and that really suits me. I don't want noise and bustle and a busy social life. I want trees and grass and the birds and animals that come to be fed. I want easy but pretty gardens and quiet neighbors so I can still feel isolated although a bit safer than here in the Woods alone. I will enjoy driving out of town into great fields of corn and sunflowers. And theater I have always missed good theater close by, Sydney living gave me so many choices and Omaha has goos theater both amateur and professional.

I've never been to Nebraska. Weather wise, I believe you will find it to be familiar to Canada in the winter...A whole lot of packing going on.

So you are all set to move on.... wishing you a smooth and comfortable transition from Canada to the US. Stay safe, healthy and happy always.🥰

Yes it's wise to still wear a mask.😷

So many changes. Glad you are resilent

Just read the past days posts. My vision has been too blurry for me to read much at a time. The last minute details of the sale have taken away from reading time. Glad you have someone to help getting everything squared away for your move. You will still have to wear a mask here when you get to Nebraska. Sending Love and Light to surround you on your new path.

I am glad you can repay Trish and Mark. There are not many like them. All you need is a quick sale, hopefully, it will be so.  Always sad to leave memories, but try to keep the happy ones. I will.

I'm not being nosey....but do you have relatives or relations in Nebraska?  Nebraska can be a very lonely place (Except for College Football!0

Good Evening

Kabu, I was just thinking when you are living in Nebraska you will have to rest for a while after all the preparations for moving. Mr. Graysome is going to be beside himself on the plane ride.  I hope he sleeps most of the time.  Do you know how long it will take you to get to your destination?  I know I've said this before but I'm so excited for you.  I have to research Nebraska because I've never been there.  If I find something fun I will let you know.

Whew! You have been busy. Lots going on for you.

Someone will be very happy to get your clean and cozy home. As for Nebraska, I have driven through it a few times. It has some really pretty farm country. It is a favorite spot in the Spring for Sandhill Cranes to migrate to. Best of luck on your new journey.

It sounds like you're making progress. I detest the very thought of

moving - the packing, the sorting and pitching, just being in a strange place and adjusting. I really think it's awesome that you're putting one foot in front of the other and keeping on.  I hope you love Nebraska.  And in most places here, the mask is recommended but not mandated for indoor spaces, and it only makes sense to me to mask up if there's a chance I could pass on the virus or catch it by not wearing it.  Be safe.
