When I was in Indonesia I liked the soup better than the chicken. Somehow to me black coloured meat looks unappealing.

he is fabulous. A beautiful bird too glorious to eat
But one thing would be fun, when the picky or greedy ones ask for white meat only they would be in for a shock.Goodness we used to grow black hens on the farm for they were great layers. but they had red combs and it was just the gorgeous black shiny feathers.
