Many companies are having a difficult time filling positions. Before it was an employer's market. Now, it's the applicant's or potential employee's market.

I believe you are right. 

I have never worried about money. Years ago when I was in a bad place I asked God to manage my finances. I would do my part by working; I wasn't asking for money to fall in my lap. ever since that day my Bills have always been paid and I have lived a comfy life. Not wealthy I don't need wealthy.My happiest time was when I was an RN. Long hours, small pay but I sang everyday in the car going to work. I loved what I was doing.

In a word, family. That is what is important to me. Health has a close following, followed by security.
