Sounds like your determination is deeper and more powerful than your
bad luck. Seems to me falling is easier and getting up is more difficult as the years go by. I think your decision to give it the good fight will keep you more fit and capable as you go.

Goodness Annicita do take care I had a bad toe for months and it made it difficult to walk. There are some folk around, I wonder if the woman was afraid of the virus it does seem so unnatural.

Good morning
I am so sorry that you got hurt and I am glad that you are alright. Falling is rough, but it is worse when you get to be a certain age. I am clumsy and forever breaking a toe, spraining my ankle, or bruising myself. I guess that we have to just slow it down a bit. I have noticed that the pain tends to hang around a bit longer these days after these fights with sidewalks, furniture, and other objects that get in our path.

Annicita, I am so sorry this happened to you. This was such an unfortunate incident. I hope you are not very sore later in the day. As far as people go this does not surprise me. There are very kind and helpful people in the world and then there are the other ones. It's a shame there was nobody around to give you a hand getting up and making sure you were okay.

Sometimes a fall's manageable on your own without making a big thing out of it, in my experience. In your case, you could have used someone to help up you. The wrong people are in the right place at the wrong time, and the right people aren't there for you. I identify working physical on my job after physical issues. Anyhow, it was great you could do your workout.
