Yes Kabu I have seen the poor pheasants after a shoot. Not a pretty sight.

A good job you get your second Jab soon. Still a bit dodgy here a new variant. Hope the jabs hold it in check.

 The sight of the pheasants would be nice here sir. A neighbor shot the quails and ate them, making them extinct in my hometown, before I was born.

what a lovely story poem you have woven for us here. But the birds. poor things. I don't know if that was playing fair. Still if they fed the starving little ones instead of becoming wealthy mans' sport...
