Re: Ciel

I have been taking one of those for a long time and had forgotten that it causes strange dreams.  I take Metoprolol for B/P and A-Fib.  I have a lot of strange dreams.  I guess I'll just live with them since this meds helps me with the heart problems.  Thanks for reminding me.

I have heard of a number of meds that warn of unsettling dreaming.

We have myriad hidden memories. Sometimes if I feel bad for no real reason I try to think back and usually I can pinpoint the reason. When one has loved someone even

through thick and thin.

The important thing is that you are alive and well.

The concept of Covid Dreams is something that may be studied for years to come. Perhaps something triggered the dream that was unknown to your conscious as yet. It can be disturbing when a dream seems to come out of nowhere that leaves us unsettled. May tonight bring a peaceful night's sleep.

It sounds more like a nightmare dear Taps. You have dealt with so much in this life. I am sending hugs with my love.

This past year or so my dreams tend to fade as I wake up and I can't recall them. In studying the psychology of dreams I learned we dream in puns, which we may or may not understand. I hope you'll blow up an imaginary balloon exhaling the dream into it and then release it into the breeze where it will become smaller and smaller before it disappears.

You've got that right. They do set the tone of the day.

I too have been having disturbing nightmares for the past year. I keep hearing that it is due the COVID-19. I used to have dreams that gave me an indication of what was going to happen from week to week, but now they are so scary that I sometimes wake up in a sweat and cannot go back to sleep due to their dramatic nature. I have noticed that lavender essential oil sprayed on my pillow has helped out a bit. I located it in the vitamin aisle at Walmart. Lemon and peppermint oil are helpful too. Hope this helps you to have sweet dreams.
